The worst service ever in McDonald's.
We have been waiting for our ordering for 25 minutes without any explanation. There is no "zero risk" or bonus policy, just standard "sorry about that."

Took child on way home from swimming. Burnt burger and half melted mcflurry. Honestly the worst I've ever used. Always something burnt or wrong.

The food has either been cold or burnt. The service is a little slow but the staff are friendly. The place needs an update and a deep clean.Its a noisy atmosphere. A quite area would be a good idea.

Was in McDs Macclesfield today. Only Congleton is worse. We waited nearly 30 minutes for our food and when it turned up it was cold ( to be fair chips were hot). Took it back, no apology just got told it was fresh!! ( Sure it was at some point!). Dreadful place, McDs is no longer cheap so customers will not put up with cold food and poor service.

Delivery- missing all sauces every single time without fail (even when you pay for them rather than ones that come with menu items).... seems as though they are intentionally not putting them in the bags. Around 50% of the time atleast one item is also missing from the order, generally a burger or nuggets, occasionally you recieve only the drinks and no food???
Drive thru- regularly takes 25 min+, around 20% of the time theres an item missing when you get the food.
Ordering inside- almost always a long wait time to reicieve the order but you almost always get everything you ordered.
All round it's a pretty poor performance.

Tonight I waited 25 mins and because of past experiences I check my food before I leave as its always nearly wrong and tonight yet again they hadn’t, put the Big Mac in I’m sure it’s not hard to read the receipt on the bag what should be in there I should not have to check it , the manager was just not bothered customer service is zero no wonder the team can,t get it right,

Worst McDonalds I’ve eaten. Ordered on Just Eat. It arrived stone cold and inedible. It took an hour to arrive to an address 10 minutes away.
